With family roots dating back to the early 1800’s in Houston County , Georgia, Julius Johnson feels a profound connection and responsibility to his community. Building upon a long and illustrious career in the government and the private sector, Julius — a founder and partner at Johnson Development — holds the growth of Johnson Development and the building of sustainable relationships with military and government clients as his top priority.
A seasoned diplomat, executive trainer, and entrepreneur, Julius continues to commit his time and efforts to serve others through the establishment of the Newberry Foundation — a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to improving literacy and the preservation of African American history.
Julius attended St. Lawrence University, Yale University and is currently completing his PhD at Howard University in Washington, D.C.
